Disappointed with my recent experience shopping with Shoppers Stop.
I faced multiple unresolved issues across different orders, including:
What’s more concerning is that after explaining the entire issue in detail over email, I received no response, and instead was informed that my support ticket has been closed without resolution.
This kind of experience is disappointing from a brand of this scale. I’m hoping this post brings the right attention and helps in getting a proper resolution.
I faced multiple unresolved issues across different orders, including:
- Wrong product size delivered
- Extremely delayed pickup after raising a complaint
- Product returned to me as “failed quality check” but received as a torn old cloth (video evidence shared)
- Order cancelled without any notification
- Incomplete delivery and a refund issued only after 2 months of repeated follow-ups
