I have purchased a saree of Rs.1195/- from Pothys Textiles, Thiruvananthapuram a year ago. I haven't used the saree yet. Even the price tag is not removed from it yet. Since it is not used, I have not cut the fabric for blouse from the saree. But the saree is looking completely damaged(full white lines all along the saree) now when I took it to wear for the first time. The colour has been faded completely and I could not wear it. I went to Pothys, Thiruvananthapuram store and talked to manager and PR staffs. All of them treated me and my husband very bad. They told their return policy is only 7 days and the complaints after 7 days, they said they are not responsible. This is so unfair. I have not used the saree a single time and the textiles is not responsible for the poor quality fabric. Please do the needful for the refund of my money and the misbehavior of the staff.
