i online purchased panasonic AC in may 2023 from flipkart, but from august 2023 there are issues in AC i already took extrended warranty from flipkart - jeeves so i book complaint. therefore in every 2-3 months there is problem in AC. Last on 11/11/2024 there were again cooling issue in AC i book complaint . from jeeves, technician came on 12/11/2024 and said cooling coil is problematic and non repairable so you have to change the coil with new one i said OK . he said it take 6-7 days and take coil with him but on 19/11/2024 i got email that my complaint was resolved. but no one came to my house for repairing. i am talking with customer care executive from 19/11/2024. for updation but always they said with 2-3 more days we resolving you problem bu till now not technician came and not my ac is repair
