The courier was delayed despite being booked under express delivery. If this was to be treated like a normal delivery, I would have opted for a standard service instead of paying extra. What is the purpose of offering “express delivery” if it is not honored?
Additionally, the package was delivered to a neighbour instead of the intended recipient — my sister — due to the delay. This not only caused inconvenience but defeated the purpose of choosing express delivery in the first place.
This situation clearly reflects negligence, and as a result, I have wasted both time and money. I request appropriate compensation for this lapse in service.
