I have purchased 4 batteries of 5 yrs warranty for my inverter on 16,06,2023 from a local shop near by me. Unfortunately one battery was not getting charged and I logged a complaint with Exide service department. After visiting by Exide service technician the complaint has been rejected showing the cause that there is a gap of one year between the manufacturing and supplying the battery.
It was mentioned that the warranty for 60 month but nothing was mentioned regarding manufacturing and supplying/installation of the product.
Please advise what to do.
