Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to bring to your attention a long-pending issue with Eureka Forbes regarding refund amount Rs.16974.03 for defective water purifier. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the matter with the company's customer care, there has been no resolution to date.
The details of my complaint are as follows:
I Purchased product on = 26th April'2025

Coimbatore - 641037
As discussed with CROMA showroom, I am contacting below Eureka Forbes service center.
Kongu nagar East, Ramanathapuram, opp. to Alvernia School & Crystal Showroom, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu 641036

This is complaint CM-210525-51376069 has been registered in customer care. Service center person came to my home and tested defective water purifier and he confirmed the new product is not working where water TDS output level is 235. Parts are not working inside water purifier.
Then after I contacted purchasing team for defective product for refund but they asked me to check with service center. Then I contacted service center person +91 73587 07758 and TL Kubaran ( +91 99946 41052), First one person said 15 days will take time for refund and Kubaran who is TL he said 21 days will take time for refund.
I sincerely hope for your kind intervention and prompt resolution of this matter. Please let me know if any further details or documents are required from my side.
