During installation, the unit started leaking immediately, Shant Kumar cited a “loose connection” and re-fixed it, Leakage resumed the next day (July 30).
I tried reaching him through multiple calls, video messages, and voice notes. No proper response until July 31, when he claimed to have “informed the team” – but no action was taken. I contacted Raghu, Area Head (+91 9966145757), who had been pushing aggressively for the sale and was responsive during purchase. After raising my concern, he simply asked me to file a service request and share the complaint number. Despite multiple service requests, the issue is still not resolved. Now, Raghu, who was so prompt and persistent in closing the sale, has gone completely silent – ignoring my calls and WhatsApp messages. This behavior is utterly unprofessional and unacceptable.
Since day one, the leakage issue has persisted. The machine has not been in use for the past three months. After I raised a complaint with NCH, Leena Bende, from the Eureka Forbes escalation team contacted me and promised a replacement on October 9, 2025 via email. I immediately responded, agreeing to the replacement, but despite multiple follow-ups, I have still not received any response or update.
Key Issues:
I have been sold a defective product.
The follow-up service is pathetic, with repeated delays, zero urgency, and no accountability. This entire experience is mentally exhausting, time-wasting, and financially frustrating.
Eureka Forbes sold me a broken, damaged, utterly useless product, and their so-called “service” is an absolute disaster, and I’m still left without a working replacement. If I could rate them, it would be a solid "minus 10". I demand a proper resolution on this issue ASAP
