Hi bought your Robot v. Cleaner and wet mopper in February 2024. After 3 months it started giving problems and inspite of several complaints made to the service centres at Talegaon and your customer care nobody turned up. Mr. Sonavane from Talegaon service centre visited my home and said he will not be able to repair it. Then he took a video of the robot and sent it to your main service center and the mechanic was to visit on 21 st Dec. 2024. Nobody attended the robot and since then I have been calling your Customer care no. Every a Lternate day or sometimes daily. Last 15 days I have called everyday and the answer is same that our mechanic will come as early as possible. Nothing has happened. I am fed up now. The equipment is malfunctioning and the mopping and water release has stopped. Last few days back on 19 th January 2025 my complaint was forwarded to sr. Officer named Sarika who told that this matter is being discussed with the senior team and being considered for replacement and I will be informed accordingly in few days. Again no response. My Robots guarantee will be over in February and then you will just stop taking complaints. I want to know the address of your service center so that can take the Robot for repairs. Would you please help me out. I am a 79 yrs old st. Citizen and being harassed like this.

Dear @shashankogale Ji,

Based on your complaint, it is evident that the company has failed to provide adequate after-sales service, causing you significant inconvenience. Here’s the suggested course of action:

  1. Send a Legal Notice: Immediately send a legal notice to the company demanding repair or replacement of the defective robot cleaner within 15 days. Include details of your purchase, complaints, and their lack of response as evidence.
  2. File a Complaint in the Consumer Forum: If the company does not act on the legal notice, file a case in the Consumer Forum for deficiency in service, mental harassment, and unfair trade practices. Seek compensation for the inconvenience caused.
  3. Act Before Warranty Expiry: Highlight in your communication that the warranty is about to expire, and failure to resolve the issue within the warranty period will be considered negligence.
Retain all documents and communication records for your case.

If needed, we can assist in drafting the notice or filing case in Consumer Forum.

Best regards,
