I have purchased Dr AQUAGUARD NRICH HD RO. Water purifier from Eureka Forbes 4-5 years ago. Recently I had registered a complain regarding its issue and the service person came (on 08-09-2025) and suggested that my Filter candles were clogged and needs replacement. When i asked him to replace the new filters he suggested renew my AMC rather than buying new ones so that I can get free filters and few services too along with that. Convinced, I renewed my AMC for 4999/- INR. He also asked me to share the OTP that i received in my mobile. Assuming it is for the AMC confirmation, I showed my mobile to him to note down the SMS as i was not wearing my glasses then. SO he noted it down and promised me that he will come the next day morning (09-09-2025) and replace the filter candles with the new ones. He didn't turn up as promised and after multiple call tries, he picked up and said he will come at noon. But he didn't come at noon. Then again I had to call him multiple times and then he promised that he will come in the evening around 6 p.m. He didn't turn up again. From then He didn't pick any of my calls ( Tried calling him around 7-8 times the next day). So, i called customer care and registered a complain regarding this. The customer care executive promised that my complaint will be addressed in the next 24 hours. Its been 7 days since and nothing has been resolved and am buying mineral water from outside for my family consumption. SO far I have done 3 consecutive calls regarding the issue to customer care on a daily basis. Finally I also tried talking to the toll free number of Eureka Forbes and they also just gave false promises. I asked them at least to give my AMC money back as they haven't started any service and my old AMC is still active and they say refund is not in their policy. So I kindly request the court to do the needful and help me. Am in a lot of stress also due to this sir. Was not able to attach here due to restrictions here sir.
