Hi,
I am archana chipkar. I had ordered baby pink heavy Rangoli silk sequence embroidery work saree with blouse 1 with order id #7876, but have received old torn blue saree on 31st May 2025 through Amazon shipping. Kindly arrange to return and refund my money Rs 749/- at the earliest. Photo of saree received are attached. Also order details are attached for your reference.

Thanks for the update that the Ethnics saree has not responded to your previous emails, despite you having all the necessary supporting documents and photos.

In such a situation, we suggest that you proceed by sending a legal notice to the Chairman / Managing Director / Owner of the Ethnics saree, formally requesting a resolution of your issue and ask for the refund and compensation. Kindly allow them a 15-day period to respond to the notice.
