Hi,
I am extremely disappointed with the experience I’ve had so far. Since 2nd November, I have raised three tickets regarding my TV issue, but no technician has contacted me for a resolution.
Additionally, on two occasions, your engineers have wrongly canceled my tickets without addressing the problem.
Could you please confirm if any investigation is being carried out on this matter?
I am also unable to reach a technician on the provided contact number (refer to the attached screenshot).
