Dear Team,
I am writing to escalate an issue with Swiggy regarding an order I had placed on 5th April from Pondicherry using my friend’s mobile number, +91 88074 29869 (Venkat). The order was for a birthday cake, but unfortunately, it was not delivered due to an address-related issue.
As my mobile phone was out of charge at the time, I used my friend's phone to place the order, but the payment was made through my UPI ID: amdee91-1@okicici. My name is Deepak Kumar.
The delivery agent had informed us that since the order couldn’t be fulfilled, the amount would be refunded to the original payment method. However, upon checking with my friend today, I came to know that no refund has been initiated yet.
