This is Dr.Vinoth Kannan V, Associate Professor, Department of Mechanical Engineering, Vandayar Engineering college,

I have joined in vandayar engineering college by october 2024 and work for the betterment of college. From may 22 2025, I have not received my salary due to not putting admissions to vandayar group of institution. So I have attended interviews in various colleges and got selected in other institution. Now the chairman of vandayar engineering college is not providing my degree certificates. I have to join in the new institution by Monday, 25.08.2025. I have submitted my reliving order to vandayar Engineering college. But not even HoD is accepting and putting sign in my reliving letter. Even the Principal is facing the same issues from the management. Whenever I ask for meeting chairman, they were telling various reasons to avoid me. I met the chairman in his house. There he speaks in harsh manner that hurts me a lot. I am helpless with 4 months of no salary. I have to look after my family expenses and take care of my child's education fees also. Kindly take necessary action to overcome this situation.
