My iPhone 16 pro max got lines on display issue i visited on 22 jan lines on display issue, but service center did not register case. Service Center engineer did not file complaint on 22 jan they asked me to recovery id and the service guy will pick the phone from my location. when i booked for service they asked to pay when system was in warranty. When i confirmed them system was in warranty. They did not book rider on Friday and Saturday and inform they would book rider on Tuesday they informed they don't have rider available they asked to come to service center . when we visited cci after examining my phone my mobile is completing going blank and post there examining there made impression on mobile and denied for service and now they are asking me to pay 42000 for display replacement when my system in warranty. i need proper resolution as service center people are behaving rude when we asked them y case was not locked on first day of examine when they informed it will be supported. Now they are denying services . because of apple negligence i need to pay 42000 for service center . I need justice
