I started an account with Bank of Baroda in the year 2023 as a salary account. During the time they had not registered my email ID in my online details. In the year 2025, in the month of september, As I am filing for income tax, I needed the bank statement. As I try to retrieve the bank statement, I could not as the email was not registered by the Bank staff. Even as I tried to add my email Id through the bank's official app, the server functioned poorly and the OTP did not arrive within the stipulated time. As I visited the bank, they did not assist me clearly in this and neglected stating that the server has been having problems since friday (12/09/25). I asked them If they could retrieve my bank statement online for which they replied that it was not possible. I asked for the passbook to be entered for the past six months, for which they responded by saying that six months of passbook entries would take three of four passbooks and it would be impossible. I'm so frustrated at such a time waste and poor customer service.
