DTDC is the most unprofessional logistics organization. Their support is pathetic. Customer support is useless and branch people are good for nothing.
I dispatched shipment from Pune to Thane on 22nd August. First they kept telling that destination address office door is closed where as actual destination address is a residence. After lot of follow up I offered to send my person to their branch to hand pick up the shipment. To which they updated with fake update stating shipment is delivered to an unknown person and closed the issue. I requested them to give contact of the person who received the shipment. They don’t have any answer to this request. After several follow ups and calls they are least bothered about delivery to correct person or returning the shipment to source address. It has been 24 days now and I am struggling for update from this pathetic organization.
