I had a conversation with a Dtdc executive today named Gaurav Sharma he was so idiotic on call I have recorded the call as he arranged a call back with this ticket reference number - 21692605 he was asking that wat else shouldn’t I do fr same n being rude on call And my courier is still undelivered I did my package on 6 th October wid the consignment number -B31185037 and today is 14 my order is still not delivered I paid 569 for speed post to be done within 48 hours but still haven’t got it the package value was of 7000 and continuously doing follow up on customer is a mental harassment where Dtdc never respond on ticket ask us to wait fr 48 hours from 6 to 14 October I’m stil waiting for resolution I’m expecting a complete compensation for harassing us so badly every morning I call for an update on there customer care n got nothing and special mention to Varanasi team of dtdc even after the address is right they called my relative stated that v cnt deliver r else pay extra to come there demanding cash what kind of behaviour was tht dtdc I hate it
