Hi Team,
I have written a letter to HDFC Chennai office to provide my NOC for my Jumbo Loan. They have sent it to my address via DTDC courier service and was delivered to someone. I did not get my NOC and I reached out to the support team for assistance. They replied that they are marking it as ‘Under Investigation’, after that there hasn’t been any response or update. I have followed up multiple times with them. Please help! This is my DTDC tracking number C53773994. My NOC was delivered to Sri Krishna Publicities and I did not receive it.
