I ordered from 'Ditch the Guilt' for an amount of Rs.600 on December 10, 2025.
My order got confirmed. However, there was no update after that for a long time. I contacted them multiple times on Instagram, but there was no response from their end. I also contacted the WhatsApp support, but it turned out to be a fake number. The message never got delivered and call never connected.
I want full refund of Rs.600. Please help in getting refund. I came across so many other complaints against this company. They are scamming people. Strict and necessary action should be taken against them.
