I, Arockiamary Arasan, wish to bring to your kind attention a discrepancy I have identified in my credit report, which has adversely affected my credit profile and caused unnecessary mental distress.

Nature of the Dispute:
I have noticed that my credit report contains an account that does not belong to me. The said account is associated with CANARA BANK | SHG Group | Account Number ending with XXXX3443. claims to be taken 2,00,000 (two lakh rupees), and I have never applied for or authorized any loan or financial activity linked to this account.
Despite contacting the concerned bank and credit bureau regarding this issue, the erroneous account continues to reflect in my credit report, thereby impacting my financial credibility and creditworthiness.
Request for Relief:
I kindly request this Hon’ble Court to take necessary action and direct the concerned authorities and credit reporting agencies to:
Investigate the origin and authorisation of the said account.
Remove the disputed SHG Group account from my credit report.
Issue a corrected and updated credit report reflecting accurate credit history.
Take appropriate action against any fraudulent activity or misrepresentation, if found.
Attached with this complaint are copies of my identity proof, PAN card, and the relevant portion of the credit report reflecting the disputed account.
I humbly request the Hon’ble Court to treat this matter with urgency, as it directly affects my financial integrity and ability to avail legitimate credit in the future.
