Dear Sir,
I have purchased medicine for my father worth INR 3811 on 1 Nov'2024 from "Right Dose Pharmacy", Action Area-III, Newtown, Kolkata- 700 135.However, my father was passed away on 13th Nov'24 at our hometown Bishnupur, Bankura and after completion of all rituals and I went to return the medicine yesterday.
Now, the Pharmacy team says as per their return policy, if the products returned after 7 days they will not accept it. I offered them to deducted 10% from the total bill and return me the remaining amount. They can resell the same products with more profit margin but still they denies to take the medicine.
Pls help us in this matter on humanity grounds. Thanks!
