Respected Sir/Madam,
This is to bring to your kind notice that, I , Kabit Agarwal have rented a godown at Main Road, Near Axis Bank, Rajgangpur, District- Sundargarh, Odisha. The building owner name is Mr Natwar Lal Agarwal and his electricity consumer no. is 813112021234. The matter happened that on, 20th December 2024, I went to godown for unloading of Goods but found that some one has locked the entry door of the Godown, upon enquiry no one claimed or accepted for putting the lock on main door. So, we thought that some one might have mischieviouly done this, So after breaking the lock of the main gate, the Owner's son Vinay Agarwal allegedly started speaking vulgar language and started abusing me and my brother saying that he will kill me and my family by engaging GUNDAS if I do not vacate his Godown. Again on 21st December 2024, Vinay Agarwal again reached me and gave me life threatening for which I have given FIR in Rajgangpur Police station vide case no 0574 dt 21/12/2024.
On 27th December 2024, I found that there is no electricity in my godown, so on 28th december 2024, I got that checked with a electrician so as to confirm that if there is any power cut or diconnection. But I found that the owner has disconnected electricity of the godown, so as to harass me. This is done to hamper my business and make loose livelyhood for me & my family who are dependent on me. For this disconnection of Electricity I had given a FIR in police station on dt 28/12/2024 but no action was taken by police against him except a dairy record by police .
On 30/12/2024, I had given a written compaint to SDO, TPWODL, Rajgangpur about my problem and case status but till date no action has been taken by TPWODL, Rajgangpur for reconnection of electricity at my godown.
I am attaching the documents for your reference and kind action on this. Also I request you to kindly look on this for reconnection of the electricity at the earliest because without electricity my business is hampering a lot and I am suffering loss.
