Hello Sir/Madam,
I wanted to bring into your notice the unpleasant experience I continue to have with Estillo Furniture.
I bought a dining table from Estilo last year (January 1, 2024) the delivery of which was delayed by 4 months (April 2024) citing reason that the product was damaged and had to be manufactured again.
After us of over a year on 3rd August 2025 the Dining table base broke on its own as it could not take the heavy load of granite table top. This happened suddenly and I have children at home who were near the table at that time. They could have got injured as the heavy granite table top fell down. Pictures of the table broken and bill is attached here with.
On 4th August 2025 I lodged a compliant with Estillo about the incident as there was 3 year service warranty on the bill from Estillo. I was asked to send pictures of the table and bill to the service executive (whatsapp chat with the service executive attached. A person came to visit only on 11th August who did not have any clue of what had happened. He just took pictures and videos and took my signature on a page and went. The there was no update. On 14th August I was told that the broken part will be picked up next week. Then on on 20th August I was informed that pickup will be done however some people came and just packed the broken part. On 22nd August finally the pickup of broken part was done and I was told that it will take 7-8 days for it to get repaired.
Today its 10 days from the day broken part was picked and I still do not have any update on by when the repair and installation will happen.
I must say that Estillo furniture is only looking to sell the products and there is no after sales service and care is done.I feel cheated that a dining table worth INR 56,000 is so poorly manufactured that it breaks on its own after 1 year of use and company is not taking it seriously. 26 days passed and no resolution till date.
