Dear team ,
Today morning I have purchased Kwality Kreamy magic bread roll 2 pcs from grocery shop in ambernath west Sarvodaya Nagar area , jhambul road ,
When I opened one of the packet I found that 7-8 died flies sticked to bread which is very dangerous for life if any kid or adult if consumed .
Please look into the matter on serious note as this incident has created much more trauma depression to me & my family due to this .

The case of the complainant in short is that the opposite party Nos. 1 and 2 are the manufacturer of Parle G Biscuit while opposite party No.3 is the retailer of various products including Parle G. Biscuits. The Complainant had purchased packet of Parle G Biscuits worth Rs 25/- from opposite party No.3. However the worms / insects /foreign particles were found in the said biscuits. The biscuits purchased by him were unhygienic and were not safe for human consumption. The opposite parties supplied defective goods which amount to deficiency in service on their part. He suffered mental agony due to deficiency in service on the part of opposite party and therefore filed present complaint. He prayed to direct opposite parties to pay Rs 5,00,000/- towards compensation damages for mental torture / pain caused to him and his family due to deficiency in service on their part, and Rs 50,000/- towards cost of the litigation.

Order:
  1. Pay to the Complainant a sum of Rs 25,000/-( Rs Twenty Five Thousand only ) towards compensation for mental agony.

  2. pay to the Complainant a sum of Rs.10,000/- ( Rupees Ten thousand only ) towards cost of litigation.
