I have ordered Safari Cresent 8 wheels 76 cms, Safari Cresent 8 wheels 55 cms, Safari Ray 77 cms, Safari Ray 55 cms trolley bags with order no 171-5459784-4483524 on March 26th 2025 from Amazon.in. Out of 4 items 3 items got delivered and the other one is not delivered but showing as delivered. On 31st March i received both Safari Ray and Cresent 55 cms trolley bags. On 1st April i received only Safari Ray 77 cms trolley. But in website they are showing as the other item is also delivered. When I contacted customer care they said they will investigate and do the needful. I have clearly mentioned that I have CCTV footage also in which their executive delivered one product only. After 5 days they said that all the items are showing as delivered according to their system. Then I went to Guntur Amazon hub from where I received 3 products. They said that they will check with executive and let me know the status. On 24th April they said that they will give amount from the executive salary as the executive is not responding. But till now there is update from them regarding amount or trolley bag. When contacted them they will say they will look into it but they didn't done anything till now.
