Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent order placed through Flipkart – BICYCLE AVON THRUST 26T MTB CYCLE (without gear), Order Number OD334849933514437100, purchased on 04 July 2025 for INR 4,619.00.
The product was delivered on 13 July 2025, and the following day, Flipkart’s installation team while trying to assemble the bicycle and identified that it was damaged. Based on their assessment, I immediately raised a return request on 14th July 2025. On 18 July, Flipkart collected the damaged product and informed me that only a replacement could be processed, not a refund. I accepted this resolution, and the replacement product was delivered on 04 August 2025.
Unfortunately, the replacement product was in worse condition than the original. On 05 August, the technician confirmed multiple damages, and I promptly raised another return and refund request. The return pickup was scheduled for 22 August 2025, but to my surprise, on 21 August, the Flipkart app showed that the return request had been cancelled without any prior notice or explanation.
This situation has caused me significant distress and financial loss. I am extremely disappointed with the handling of this issue.

Damages Identified in the Replacement Product:
- Rusted wheel spokes (both wheels)
- Damaged brake cables
- Missing rear brake lever
- Detached front handle
- Scratches on the chain guard
- Missing front wheel reflectors
- Damaged rear wheel reflector
- Bent wheel spokes
- No provision to fix the seat
