I ordered online from DeoDap for an eraser pen, as I made mistake in filling SIR form on 18th November. After ordering and sending money, I get msg that they can't deliver the same and will refund in 4-7 days on 18th November itself. I also emailed please cancel and refund the money. No msg till 26th Nov,, when they said the packet was sent by Blue Dart and received by me personally. It was delivered to Ms. Isha Akhila, don't know where, as I got msg from Blue Dart that it was received by the said lady. I emailed DeoDap, that I've not received any packet, they refused to believe me, asked for proof of payment, msg not able to deliver, I also sent the proof from Blue Dart that it was sent to someone else. Now, DeoDap says as per their rule it is more than 10 days, they won't refund me. I've proof of all the emails from them. They showed me proof of delivery to Ms. Isha Akila, while no such person lives in this gated community. Still they'll not believe me. Today after 20 days, Blue Dart came with the packet, I refused to accept it, as more problem was due to the wrong proof sent by them to DeoDap. I'm 73, widow, cancer survivor, with asthma in last stage. Due to this mental harassment by the company, my asthma has worsened and I'm on nebuliser 6 times a day, while earlier, I needed twice day only. This mental torture has worsened my health, very breathless. My lungs and kidneys are working less than 60 % and this mental torture asking for repeated proof from various persons in the company has made me very sick.
I want proper action taken against both the company DeoDap and Blue Dart. If only after 18th Nov. if they had refunded my small amount, all the problems could have been solved. Instead of asking for various proofs to prove my innocence.
