My son's birthday was there on 16th July 2025. I have booked a chocolate flavor cake from shop names Cake Day, rameshwaari chowk, Nagpur with the cost of ₹. 3000, 3 kg cake, for the delivery at 6 pm on the venue.
But as I was continuously calling the manager as well as shop authority, but they were not receiving call, some times when they received, they said that the delivery boy is on the way.
The cake reached to us at 7.35 pm, & the cake was not in proper condition.
I want to file a complaint against such irresponsible behaviour.
