Hi Team,
I placed an order with Savana on 29 October 2025 under Order ID: S011251029074715024001 for clothing items.
However, the products delivered to me were completely incorrect and did not match what I had ordered.
When I contacted Savana’s customer support regarding this issue, they refused to accept the return or issue a refund, despite me clearly receiving the wrong items. This is an unfair trade practice and a violation of my consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
I am attaching the following evidence for verification:
Order invoice
Photos/videos of the wrong items received
Photos of the packaging
Chat/email screenshots showing that the company is refusing refund/return
I request the consumer court to kindly intervene and assist in resolving this issue by ensuring that I receive:
A full refund for the incorrect products delivered, OR
A proper replacement of the correct items I originally ordered
