1 I had ordered FOUR Sofa cover through the website https://devinetrendz.com on 11th May 2025 for Rs 5896 and order nos DT24000 was generated by the company DEVINE TRENDZ
2. I made payment of Rs 5896 through online mode to the Devine Trendz in aforementioned order nos DT24000
3. Wrong Product was delivered by the company through BLUEDART nos 90067992733
3, I raised the complaint of WRONG PRODUCT delivery in the Company provided Whatsapp nos 8655173125 and their email ID
4. Upon my complaint the Company Devine Trendz on 27th June 2025 sent me a message from Company Whatsapp nos 8655173125 apolgising for sending WRONG PRODUCT and for sending the Correct PRODUCT in Next week of the message date ie 27th June 2025.
This message is being uploaded for perusal and as document to support admission of the Company of having sent a WRONG PRODUCT.
5. When the promised week elapsed I once again raised the complaint on Company provided Whatsapp nos 8655173125 of not receiving the CORRECT PRODUCT as assured
6 Upon my reminder complaint of not sending the Correct Product despite written assurance, the Company Devine Trendz on 8th JULY 2025 sent me a message from Company Whatsapp nos 8655173125 apolgising for sending WRONG PRODUCT and for sending the Correct PRODUCT in Next Monday .
This message is also being uploaded for perusal and as document to support admission of the Company of having sent a WRONG PRODUCT.
7 Till date I have neither received the Correct Product nor Refund of Rs 5896 from the company

It is Prayed to admit this Complaint under relevant section of the Consumer Act and pass orders for
A. Refund of Rs 5896 ie cost of of the item
B Interest for delayed payment of Rs 5896
C Compensation for non-utlisation of Correct product
D Any appropriate order your lordship may pass
