Respected Sir/Madam,
Request your help here to take strict penalty action against flip kart and help me compensate for continuous cancellation of 595 Litre LG side by side Refrigerator costing INR 1,19,789/- where the seller has been repeatedly sending the same damaged product on every time re-order of same model product. I have done countless call to customer care explaining the situation and requesting to address the issue which was promised to me to provide good quality product. However, every time it ended up in same situation of cancellation of order due to damaged product being delivered. This has resulted in blocking my amount for last seven months approx. and caused me mental tension and frustration. On each and every order raised I have to follow-up with Flipkart customer care and explain them the situation resulting in no solution and only frustration and anger. Also considering this amount was invested in Fixed Deposit could have generated interest of INR 5000 to INR 6000.

Order placed - 06th May 2025 Order cancelled - 8th May 2025 (Amount yet to be credited to my account expected by 16th May 2025)
