I ordered bathroom cleaner product from jio mart and they delivered kitchen cleaner product. I tried to call customer care executive 5 to 6 times and tell them my order id still they replied we don't see your order so we can't help. Even I raised helpdesk ticket from the jio mart app since 1 week no follow up on that ticket.

Under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, a service provider must supply goods/services with due care and skill, following the terms of contract/offer, and interactions must not be unfair or misleading. If JioMart fails to deliver what is promised, that may amount to a “deficiency in service” and/or “unfair trade practice”.
