I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding the poor handling of my service request.
I raised a service request six days ago to fix an issue with my JioFiber connection. Since then, no engineer has visited my location. Every day I receive an appointment, but it gets rescheduled without any proper resolution. This continuous delay has caused serious inconvenience and disruption.
Such service is unacceptable from a company like Jio. I request you to take this matter seriously and arrange an immediate engineer visit to resolve the issue at the earliest.
