1. I placed an order for a mobile phone on Flipkart (Order ID:OD435533780238603100 ) on [22nd sept 2025], with an expected delivery date of 30th September 2025 through my friend's Flipkart I'd( Rupesh Kumar Nirala )
2. The delivery date was unilaterally changed to 3rd October 2025, but the item has still not been delivered to date (as of 7th oct 2025).
3. Tracking details show that the parcel reached Indore Rajendranagar and Indore Paldal hubs multiple times between 26th–29th September, which are near my delivery address (Rajendra Nagar, Indore).
4. Instead of delivering, the package kept moving between hubs without any valid explanation.
5. I contacted Flipkart customer care several times, but each time I was only told to “wait for one more day,” with no confirmed delivery date.
6. There has been no tracking update since 3rd October 2025, and the issue remains unresolved despite escalation.
7. I have made it clear that I want the mobile phone delivered, not refunded.
Grounds of Complaint:
Deficiency in Service: Flipkart and its courier partner failed to deliver the product within the promised time and provided misleading updates.
Unfair Trade Practice: Changing delivery dates multiple times without valid reason or customer consent.
Relief Sought:
1. Immediate delivery of the ordered mobile phone (Order ID: OD435533780238603100) to my registered address.
2. Compensation of ₹5,000 for mental harassment, inconvenience, and delay.
3. Refund of the purchase amount with interest, in case the product cannot be delivered immediately.
