I ordered Google pixel 9 on Big billion day of flipkart on 22-sept-2025,order id: OD435533780238603100 and ordered through by friend's flipkart id: Rupesh kumar nirala but the delivery address was of mine; Pin code :452012, CS rao, opposite railway line, Rajendra Nagar Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
Delivery date mentioned on app was 30 September 2025.I did not received my Product on 30th sept.
on calling to customer care, I was given the delivery date of 3rd oct but i did not receive on 3rd oct also.
Product delivery status is not changing since 29 sept 2025
I have called customer care for atleast 40-50 times but the issue is still not resolved
Every time i call Flipkart customer care I am being told the product will be delivered within 2 days and this happening since last 1 week.
I am going through Extreme mental harassment because of this.
