I am writing to file a formal complaint against Flipkart regarding the unacceptable delay in delivery of my order and the lack of proper response from customer support team.

Product: Phillaure Hair Care Product (500 ml)
Order Date: February 17, 2026
Promised Delivery Date: February 22, 2026

As per your delivery commitment, the product was supposed to be delivered on or before February 22, 2026. However, despite the assurance, the order has still not been delivered. I have already raised a complaint , but no proper resolution, delivery update, or accountability has been provided.

This delay constitutes a failure to fulfill contractual obligation and amounts to deficiency in service under applicable consumer protection principles. The product was ordered for a specific purpose and time-sensitive need, and due to their delay, I have suffered inconvenience, loss of utility, and mental distress.

Therefore, I formally request the following:

1. Immediate delivery of the product without any further delay, OR full refund if delivery cannot be completed immediately.
2. Appropriate compensation for the inconvenience, service failure, and missed delivery commitment.
3. A written explanation for the delay and lack of proper customer support response.


I expect your immediate attention and prompt resolution.
