s per the Press Statement issued by CHIEF MINISTER OF TELANGANA and the Initiative Taken by Telangana Government regarding Mandatory Fixing of HIGH SECURITY NUMBER PLATE to all the Vehicles in Telangana , we have booked for HSRP number plate for our BULLET MOTOR CYCLE ( TS-07-FX-1682) on the website suggested by TELANGANA GOVERNEMNT - SIAM.IN ( Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers and the service provider “ ROSMERTA SYSTEMS LIMITED have taken our booking in which we paid a sum of Rs.466.10 .
We tried to get the HSRP Delivered to our Residence , but this was not allowed and it was supposed to be INSTALLED at a Dealer only , and rightly so - as this can be misused. As can be seen from the below cost , the Fitment / Installation has already been paid by us and i have accordingly opted for Bolt Motorcycles LLP , Plot No. 30, Sy. No. 64, 1-99, 64/30, Rohini Layout Road, Madhapur, Hyderabad -500081 . Once i got confirmation about the receipt of my HSRP at Bolt Motors - Madhapur , i visted them and requested them to Install / Fit the same ..
To my utter shock and disbelief , they refused to instal / fit the same with a shocking reason that they dont have a Screw Driver and HANDED OVER the HSRP to me , defeating the purpose of security features created by TELANGANA GOVERNMENT - If this was the option of Home Delivery available to me while booking the HSRP i would have opted for Home Delivery .
It is pertinent to mention that I HAVE ALREADY PAID for Installation WHICH I HAVE CLEARLY TOLD THE BOLT MOTORS MADHAPUR persons , yet they refused to fit and suggested me to get this INSTALLED / FITTED in a Road Side vendor.
This is A CLEAR DEFICIENCY OF SERVICE on the part of Rosmerta / Bolt Motors and in blatant violation of security features of TELANAGAN GOVERNEMNT TRANSPORT DEPARTMENT.
I hereby want to bring this to the Notice to the TELANGANA GOVERNMENT and also all officials concerned with this very important Initiative being completely bypassed , so that in future the citizens are not deprived of this service..
I also demand that the Installation Charges / Fitment charges be refunded to me ( Including GST on the Same ) collected by ROSMERTA and also pay damages of Rs.50000/- for physical and Mental Torture . I am herewith attaching the Screen shot of booking done by me and the same is reproduced below
