I have jio fiber connection, last 2 months they are not giving service after raised many complaints almost daily and the service team are using abusive language, and the complaints raised are closed by themselves, without my knowledge or OTP, , making me fool. I am a senior citizen and from last 2 months I couldn't talk to my sons or relatives abroad, and still many many email and verbal complaints made to them, but they are not bother, not only that I paid 6 month subscription, valid till May 2026, for 6 month in advance,they are not bother about this,this will effect my day today activities, and mental agony to me and my family,and now they are not answering my calls, and when I contacted them,my account was temporarily blocked, getting messages and voice call from their customer service , and now they themselves create an account for me without my knowledge or signature, and started to deduct my money from old account,
Need severe action and 5 Lakshmi compensation ,for deficiency of service and negligence and my mental agony.some mails I am attaching herewith
