Issue Summary:

On 24 Dec 2025, 10:10 PM IST, I placed an order for a BK Fusion KitKat shake priced at ₹176.40 through Burger King's ordering platform. However, upon delivery, I received an incorrect item, a plain ice cream with KitKat topping valued at approximately ₹70.

I immediately raised complaints through multiple channels:

Raised complaints on Burger King's official platform (complaint IDs attached)

Sent multiple emails to their customer support

Attempted to contact the store manager at Electronic City branch repeatedly for two consecutive days at 8655359626

Also tried reaching the store directly

Despite my persistent efforts, I have received:
No refund
No call back
No reply to emails
No response from branch manager
