I am writing to formalize a complaint against JioMart regarding a persistent deficiency in service and unfair trade practices. I currently hold store credit in my JioMart account, which I have attempted to utilize by ordering groceries daily for the past six days. Each time, the order is accepted, only to be cancelled by the end of the day without any valid explanation. Despite raising multiple complaints with JioMart customer care and receiving repeated assurances of 'expedited delivery,' the situation remains unresolved and my orders are never fulfilled. This repetitive cycle of cancellations prevents me from accessing the value of my store credit, effectively withholding my funds.
