I had booked a Jio Fiber connection under my registered mobile number XXXXXXXX and paid ₹1200 for installation. However, the installation was never completed by the service provider and the service was never activated.
Despite repeated follow-ups, the company failed to install the connection or provide any proper resolution. After prolonged delay, the company has now initiated only a partial refund of ₹599 instead of the full amount paid.
This clearly amounts to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice, as the service was never provided and full refund has not been issued. I have also spent considerable time and effort following up with customer support without any proper response.
I request the Hon’ble Commission to direct the opposite party to:
