I purchased an Air Conditioner of Voltas company from Tatacliq worth Rs.35,490/- (Rupees Thirty Five Thousand Four Hundred Ninety Only) on 05.05.2022, having Invoice No. A88006220505A203. The product developed some issues and stopped working as intended immediately after the purchase. I complained about the issue to the voltas company's various officials multiple times but got no positive response from them. Their way of treating customers is very unprofessional and totally unexpected which cannot be tolerated at all. I am almost fed up contacting the respondent multiple times and hence, requested for return and refund of the same.
I have suffered mental and monetary harassment and such act of the respondent is highly unexpected and unprofessional and I have been extremely harassed during the whole procedure. Please look into the matter. I will be highly obliged to you.
