sound problem aa gaya.

Maine TCL Customer Care me complaint register ki:

Complaint ko register huye 1 mahine se jyada ho gaya hai
lekin abhi tak company ne:

- Koi technician visit nahi bheja
- Koi repair nahi kiya
- Koi proper update nahi diya

Mainne customer care se kai baar baat ki aur
mere paas saari call recordings bhi evidence ke roop me available hain.

Company ki taraf se service dene me
negligence (laaparwahi),
deficiency in service (seva ki kami),
and unfair trade practice (galat vyavhar)
jaise consumer right violations ho rahe hain.

Is delay ki wajah se mujhe kaafi pareshani,
mental harassment, aur samay ka nuksaan hua hai.

Court se nivedan hai ki TCL ko order diya jaye:

1. Product ka turant repair kiya jaye
YA replacement/refund diya jaye
2. Der aur mental harassment ke liye compensation milni chahiye
3. Company par penalty lagayi jaye
