Ltd., Indore, after paying a down payment of ₹73,000/-. The balance amount was agreed to be paid through an auto loan, which was duly sanctioned and disbursed (Amount Rs/830000). That all loan documentation and formalities, as advised by Noticee No.2, were duly complied with. However, at the time of delivery inspection, It was delivered
serious manufacturing and pre-delivery defects in the brand-new vehicle, including visible dents, repainting, and scratches on Various parts of the car.
