I have ordered boat watch valour 1 GPS from flipkart on 18/10/2025 via flipkart monthly EMI option, They sent the goods from the dealer Tech-connect retail pvt ltd (GST NO:33AAICA4872D1ZV), I have received the product on 19/10/2025 from the initial the product was work good. From 04/11/2025
the product restart itself continuously. I have raised my warranty claim on 04/11/2025 (ticket id: 61442500) and they send their pickup partner on 05/11/2025. And the make lab test on 07/11/2025 and accept that the product was defective from their side and they will provide me with replacement under warranty. From that day i'm waiting for the replacement but they will not issued till today (24/11/2025) every time i call the customer care number of boat (+91-2269181920) they will tell me the inventory of the product was unavailable after some days i would call customer care an AI attends the call and said the same inventory unavailable explanation and do not connect me to the customer care executive, this makes my mental and financial pressure, I have already paid my first flipkart EMI on 01/11/2025 there was remaining 5 EMI's, now i have live without my watch for the past 20 days. It is not acceptable that inventory was unavailable for their brand new product. Please help me to get replacement or else cancel my EMI and pay me back the paid EMI. I have already send mail to Boat corporate but no response from there. I have attached soft copy of Email. Thankyou
