Dear Sir,
I purchased the product from reliance digital, chandanagar store on 16th August late evening.. On 17th morning , when I try to update MS office, we saw screen damaged condition... We took the product to store by afternoon on 17th . They have declined to address the concern as product moved out from the shop. I raised the complaint to SAMSUNG through call center on 18th Morning.. They came for the inspection and took video of the laptop. As they didn't notice any of the physical damage externally, they say that screen got pressed and hence it result in generating the crack.. I called multilple times to call center and said we have not pressed. Damage clearly orginate from the hinge.. It is a manufacturing defect.. Inspite of asking them to prove that it is an physical damage, they are not responding to solve the problem.
They shared the service request number 4419687821. They are trying to close the ticket inspite of several call to them. Kindly help to resolve the issue as it is a defect product..
