I recently ordered a product from an application named Tira and a day after ordering I received a call from a person who said he is a delivery agent from Tira and waiting at my address to deliver the product, I wasn’t at home that time so I told him to give it to my relatives house and I will pay online. After few minutes he call me back and give me brief about how my relatives house looks like from outside and told me he gave the parcel and gave me QR code for payment and he also knew how much that product was worth, so I did payment one time then he told this payment is not showing in application so I have to do one more time and he will refund the previous one by the same method he made me do that payment thrice and never delivered my parcel. Here my concern is that this application leaks my data to a fraudulent and when I try to talk with their customer service they decline to take responsibility for my identity leak from their website. I want my full refund from application and also they should take responsibility and take steps against this kind of scam so it will not happen again.
