1. My D2H showing continuous signal error. After put request, service technician visited but since 3 days necessary part (Set top Box) not changed, not getting any feedback & any call from service team.
2. As per customer care call, cost of set top box is 250 rs, but ground level service technician asking for 700 rs. Reason- New updated version box & old box also they want to keep with them.
Contradiction between what information we getting & ground level technician demanding from us.
Since 3 days after complaint issue yet not resolved, my D2H balance consuming day by day.

Before proceeding further, we recommend that you first send an email to the customer care department of the D2H service provider, clearly outlining your concerns and requesting to repair or replace the set top box.
