Dear Sir/Madam
I am writing to formally complain about the unsatisfactory service I received from your company on 29/10/2025. I have been a customer of Croma Soundbar 5.1 400W Invoice No. SLRSI1825047 since 13/11/2024 and it is not working for the last one month and it have one year warranty too. I raised a complaint against the soundbar through the customer care email and they are replied me as ''Since the product needs to be physically inspected , we kindly request you to visit the nearest Croma store to diagnose the defect in your product'' and as per their instruction, I went product purchased Croma store and hand over it to the service department. Since that day no response from their end and I am totally tired of it with their service.
I am a resident of Vyttila in Kochi,13th November 2024 I bought a Croma Soundbar 5.1 with serial no. CREH400SBA301550T082400817 from Croma Store Infinity Retail Limited Kochi Bypass Road, Vyttila, Kochi, for invoiced Rs. 14240.50. The company gave a one year warranty and I have taken an additional 1 year warranty too. I was told that in case of any trouble with the piece all my money will be given back to me with immediate effect or if I wish I can choose another one. After all these clauses I have purchased the Soundbar but since the last month it was troublesome for me (Not working). I complaint for it and even my repeated requests for a replacement have I had written email and item handover to the service section of the same store on 29th September 2025 after that there is no response from their side and many time I called the store number but not getting apt answer from their end. And now I am tired of it, therefore request you to kindly accept my
complaint letter and file a case against the above mentioned firm. I am enclosing all the necessary documents like the cash memo complaint mail copy.
I am looking for a favorable response.
