on 17th of august 2025 i was buying a Kent RO water purifier from online Croma shopping app, same the amount Rs17480.65 has been deducted from account and transferred to merchant (CROMA) but order was not proceeding, when i was asked to merchant, merchant is saying that we have not received the money. I have already submitted my credit card statements as a proof to merchant. But CROMA have denied. at the same time, I also talked to the bank and bank said the money Rs17480.65 has been transferred from our side to Croma, since last 15 days I'm suffered this painless problem.
So, pleas sir takes a legal action against both Croma and HDFC bank.
